Hair care! My hair is a pain in the @#&*%

So I finally found someone that did a great job on my hair. It is costing me an arm and a leg but she needs to get it back to where it use to be. Then if I just maintain it it won't cost me so much each time.

My hair is not good it is course and dry it never really looks good in my opinion and I can't figure out how to style it. Oh and by the way my natural hair color is almost black (very dark brown) and I dye it blonde for my hubby.
